Support the Neonatal Nursery Program

Nearly 1,500 kittens and puppies flood through our doors each year, and hundreds of these babies are simply too young to survive on their own. Orphaned newborn kittens are especially at a disadvantage and require round-the-clock, in-home care; without mom, hundreds of these babies would perish without our support.

With the help of foster parents, neonatal kittens receive bottle feedings every 2-3 hours, cleaning, assistance with elimination, socialization, nurturing, and constant warmth until they are old enough to be adopted. We provide all of the necessary neonatal supplies for foster parents as well as emergency medical assistance.

Your support ensures that the youngest, most vulnerable animals in our care get the lifesaving resources they need to simply survive.

Event Timeline

Check-in opens promptly at 5:30 p.m. on the 7th floor of The Pfister Hotel.

Valet parking will be available for all guests at the main entrance of The Pfister Hotel. Volunteers will greet you at the main elevators to start your Gala experience!

COVID PROTOCOLS:

For the safety of guests, volunteers, and staff, all attendees will be asked to show ID and proof of full COVID vaccination or negative test results from a COVID test (dated 10/13-16) before entering the event.

Once in the event, you will be asked to give your name at the check-in table and a credit card to pre-swipe in order to participate in the auction and games! There are no physical tickets for the event.

Registration, cocktail reception, Tito's Moscow Mule Bar, hors d'oeuvres, silent auction, Heads or Tails, First Choice Raffle, wine pull, gift card pull, and of course, mingling with plenty furry friends!

Dinner, Heads or Tails game, First choice raffle, live auction and program

Attire

Formal/Black-tie optional

Guests are encouraged to dress in their favorite fabulous, over-the-top red carpet fashion!

Masks will be highly encouraged at the event but are not required.

Auto Bidding Instructions:

You can manually bid on items OR you can set the system to bid for you!

To set an auto bid, select the item you want to bid. Scroll down and click the "Auto Bid" tab. Enter the highest amount you would be willing to bid and click the green "Bid" button. The system will bid in increments on your behalf up to the maximum dollar amount you set if someone bids against you!

You DO need to be present to participate and win our night-of games and raffles.

Visit each game's table in the Imperial Ballroom to purchase one or several to up your odds of winning!

FIRST CHOICE RAFFLE - $100 each

For $100 each, you can purchase tickets for our First Choice Raffle. The winner will get their choice of items 901-908* in this evening's live auction! The winner must choose the item "on the spot" during the drawing at this year's gala at 8:15 p.m. Tickets are limited, so be sure to buy early! *Pet of the Year & Bartolotta dinner are excluded from First Choice*

WINE PULL - $30 each

For $30, you can "pull" a cork and win a bottle of wine; everyone's a winner! Each $30 guarantees one bottle of wine and you can play as many times as you like! Special thanks to Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants for providing the wine and sponsoring this year's Wine Pull!

GIFT CARD PULL - $30 each

For $30, you can "pull" a number and win a gift card to a Milwaukee restaurant, store or experience; everyone's a winner! Each $30 guarantees one gift card and you can play as many times as you like!

HEADS OR TAILS GAME - $25 each

Heads or Tails is a game of chance, where you pay to play, and choose to put your hands on your "HEAD" or your "TAIL." The auctioneer then flips a coin up on stage, and everyone who chooses correctly continues standing; everyone who chose incorrectly, sits down. Those still standing again choose heads or tails, and the coin toss continues until only one person is left standing- that person wins the grand prize!
